Hypnotherapy uses relaxation and visualisation techniques. This means although you will be relaxing deeply, you will still be completely in control of yourself. So you know that you will feel at ease and can relax even further.

As well as standard hypnotherapy sessions, we can also teach you very effective stress management tools. These include positive imagery techniques, and self-hypnosis strategies.
